This print is all about the swimming pools and mid-century architecture that are a big part of the city. The linear features of the print represent the physical layout of the city, straight up and down, left and right avenues. The sun/moon on the left is also a big part of the ambience and things I like about being in this desert city. The sun in the day brings the mid-century colours together, the moon at night in the clear skies illuminates the desert with a cooling light.
