NOT A GREAT BLOGGER

Considering how much I love communication and linking up with people I don’t seem to be that great at blogging! It’s now June 2020 and we’ve already exhibited at two art fairs - the Affordable Art Fair in Milan and - for the first time - the Affordable Art Fair in Battersea in March (usually galleries can only show at either the March or October fairs, but we were invited to exhibit in a curated area called ‘Access : Prints’) but then, with the global pandemic our intended exhibition at the Affordable Art Fair in Hampstead was cancelled and we still don’t really know when it will be safe, or when we’ll be allowed to exhibit again.

My biggest concern was for my artists - I know how much they depend on the purchases by the fantastic clients at the exhibitions and I was worried how we could help them. We are however, so very encouraged by the number of online and direct sales and thank all our clients so very much for your continued support of Liberty Gallery and our wonderful artists.

We have worked alongside the Affordable Art Fair and our artist Maria Rivans in donating art for an NHS Hero and collaborated with our artist Keith Haynes in making donations from sales to the Cavell Nurses Trust. We have offered complimentary deliveries to clients ordering framed art who live in the South East and we’re always open to any initiatives to be able to continue to support our artists and offer our customers a high level of customer service.

We’ve taken on some wonderful new artists - Amy Gardner, Emma Stone Johnson and Mew - and hope it won’t be long before we can exhibit their work, but for now we hope you enjoy browsing online. We’re always here to answer any questions about any piece of art, our artists or any art enquiry you may have.

Thanks for reading and looking forward to hearing from you. Very best wishes, Patsy
