March is International Women’s History month, and I wanted to create a piece that embodies everything about my work, my love of fashion, women and nature.
The title, don’t call me Bird is call out to all misogynistic references. Its time for us all to start using the right language. My pieces always have subtle references to the “muse" portraying strong women and characters from fiction and film.
